Section 01

Using Drop24

Drop24 provides temporary file transfer, sharing, and device-pairing tools. Use the service only for lawful files and activity you have the right to share.

Section 02

Plans and billing

Plan prices, included limits, billing interval, and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Paid plans begin only after our payment processor confirms payment. By confirming a purchase or plan change, you authorize recurring charges for the selected plan, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel.

Section 03

Renewals, payment failures, and promotions

Paid plans renew automatically at the stated interval unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current. Promotions may have additional terms or expiry dates and do not change the renewal price unless their terms expressly say so.

Section 04

Cancellation and no-refund policy

You can cancel a paid plan from Plan Management. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

Section 05

Upgrades and downgrades

Before a plan change, we show the new plan, any amount due today, and the next renewal information. Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date unless otherwise shown.

Section 06

Payment processing

Payments and subscription records are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we designate. We do not store your full payment-card number. Your use of the payment provider is also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Section 07

Files, links, and deletion

Files are stored for the retention period of your selected plan. Deleted or expired files become unavailable through Drop24 and are queued for removal. Keep your own copy of any file you need to retain.

Section 08

Security and sharing

We use access-controlled storage and time-limited download URLs to help protect files. We do not use file contents for advertising or sell them. Treat a file link like a password because anyone with a valid link may be able to access the file.

Section 09

Accounts and devices

You are responsible for securing your account, file links, and paired devices. We may limit, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, a security risk, or a violation of these terms.

Section 10

Fair Use for unlimited paired devices

Pro includes unlimited paired devices for normal personal and business use. We may limit pairings that are abusive, automated, excessive, or intended to bypass service limits or impair the service.

Section 11

Service availability and liability

Drop24 is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Section 12

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Drop24 evolves. Material changes apply prospectively after notice where required by law. Questions and notices should be sent through the support contact published in Drop24.
