Section 01
Information we collect
Drop24 is designed to minimize data collection. Basic transfers do not require an account. If you link devices or upgrade, we collect the identifiers and email address needed to manage those features. Standard server logs are used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.
Section 02
File encryption and processing
Files are processed through access-controlled storage. Transfers are protected in transit with HTTPS, and sharing uses unique, time-limited download links. We do not read file contents except for strictly automated checks needed to enforce service limits and security.
Section 03
Data retention and auto-deletion
Files are automatically removed from active storage after the expiration window for their transfer plan. When a file expires or is manually deleted, its active reference is removed and the data is queued for purging.
Section 04
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage for preferences, system theme, and device-pairing tokens. These tokens do not track activity across other websites. Advertising providers may use cookies on eligible public pages as permitted by applicable law and presented consent choices.
Section 05
Third-party processors
Drop24 uses infrastructure providers including Supabase for authentication and database services, storage networks for transfers, payment processors for subscriptions, and advertising providers on eligible public pages. Their processing is governed by applicable terms and data-protection obligations.
Section 06
Your rights and contact
We do not sell personal data or build tracking profiles from your files. You can disconnect paired devices and delete active files from the dashboard. Contact us through the support channel published in Drop24 for privacy questions or requests.
